Before I ask you if you think this would be a good idea, I’ll preface with a story that got me here:

My son Atlas plays the “what if” game with me all the time.

And while eating pancakes at a restaurant a month ago, he asked me a question that got me thinking.

As he was coloring his coloring page, he asked:

“Dad, what if there was one crayon that could be any color you wanted, you just had to say the color?”

Me: Yeah, that would be rad.

Atlas: Would you buy it?

Me: Hmmm, maybe, but I don’t color that much…so maybe not.

Atlas: well I would!

Sage: Me too!

Atlas: Yeah, then I wouldn’t have to hunt down the color I need every time…

That got me thinking.

What if there was a tool that told you exactly WHO was allocating money into deals or ventures like yours and WHO was raising money?

Imagine a tool that just rested on your desktop and connected to your LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email, and WhatsApp and it analyzed the data and told you who might be available to invest and maybe how much…magically.

Same for allocators.

This tool would be scoping non-stop social media profiles, databases, email accounts, newsletters, online sources such as Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc…seeking signals.

What’s a signal?

A signal indicates any action, behavior, or verbal cue from a potential customer that indicates they are interested in making a purchase or moving closer to a decision.

So allow me to be my son Atlas for a moment and ask again:

What if…

  1. You woke up

  2. Turned on your computer

  3. Clicked on a tool that told you the following:

    1. John H. sold his company “Acme Deals” for $15M and has decided to reinvest in a new venture (as per his most recent LinkedIn post) and said he’s looking for a multifamily commercial property in Florida to invest in…which matches to exactly what your deal looks like. Shall I send him an email?

Would that be interesting or helpful?

Reply to this email and let me know, I may have some info for you.

By the way, in about one hour I’m going live to help solve for connecting with Family Offices.

How to find and approach family offices to raise capital.

I'm hosting a free live training and I'm going to show you the exact system I've used across all my acquisitions and tens of millions I’ve raised from UHNW and family offices.

Not a framework I read about.

The actual thing.

Here's what we're covering:

  • Where family offices are actively deploying into real estate right now

  • Why your track record isn't the barrier you think it is

  • The 3 false beliefs that keep most operators from ever getting a meeting

  • A 4-touch outreach sequence you can deploy this week

  • The subject lines that get opened and why they work

It's free.

I look forward to seeing you there.

Hoping this helps you grow,

Andrew LeBaron
